Sustainability Commission Applications OPEN
The City of Glendale has announced the opening of the application period for the newly established Sustainability Commission. GEC advocated for this commission and is thrilled to see it coming to fruition. The Sustainability Commission will advise the City Council on how to make Glendale more environmentally sustainable and how to promote Glendale’s regional leadership in sustainability. Appointments will be made in January, with the first meeting potentially in February. The application and information about the commission and submitting an application are available on the city’s website. We encourage GEC members with relevant experience and background to apply!
