Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into three-year PSAs with four Owner’s Engineer firms: 1) Electric Power Engineers, Inc., 2) SEL Engineering Services, Inc., 3) TRC Engineers, Inc., and 4) Worley Group, Inc. to provide engineering, consulting, and design services in the not to exceed amount of $900,000 per each three-year PSA
