a. Public Works, re: Acceptance of FY 2021-22 Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) Grant Funds for Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure
1. Motion approving the acceptance of grant funds in the amount of $138,788 from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the 2021-22 Low Carbon Transit Operations Program; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all agreements, certifications, and documents necessary to accept and implement the grant funds
2. Resolution authorizing the execution of the Certifications and Assurances and Authorized Agent forms for the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program for the following project: Electric Bus Charging Infrastructure
