Please help our neighbors in Eagle Rock by attending and supporting the community-generated “Beautiful Boulevard” three-zone proposal for the NoHo to Pasadena Transit Corridor with Metro refinements, Thursday, April 1, 5-7PM.
Metro is holding a community meeting to present the current status of the entire NoHo to Pasadena Transit Corridor Project which will run through Glendale as well as Eagle Rock.
GEC supported the Eagle Rock community-generated “Beautiful Boulevard” three-zone proposal, which improved on Metro’s original options. It would make Colorado a safer street with a more vibrant Downtown Eagle Rock, preserve medians, provide protected bike lanes, expand sidewalks and landscaping, provide Eagle Rock with quality transit, and mitigate traffic concerns. Metro is seeking community feedback on the entire project and its alternatives ahead of presenting a recommendation to the Metro Board of Directors in May 2021. We need to show up to the meeting and show our support! Please join and voice your support for the community-proposed solution with Metro refinements!
